HMS Bounty

Lee Phelps climbs up the rigging of the Bounty. The HMS Bounty tall ship is docked at the Charleston Maritime Center for a weekend of tours. The ship is a replica of the British transport vessel on which an infamous mutiny occurred in Tahiti in 1789. Built for the 1962 movie “Mutiny on the BountyÓ with Marlon Brando, HMS Bounty sails the seas and visits ports to offer educational dockside tours.
