November 11, 2012 - Folks broke out their dancin’ boots for the inaugural Lowcountry Hoedown Saturday at the Visitor Center Bus Shed. The event, which was all about paying homage to some of Charleston and the South’s most delicious foods, beverages and entertainment, featured moonshine and bourbon distilleries from around the South and local barbecue restaurants. And no hoedown would be complete without music, which was provided by The Corduroy Road and BlueBilly Grit, winners of the Telluride Bluegrass Festival Band Competition.
