March 20, 2013 - After a year’s long wait, opening night of Baker Motor Company Charleston Fashion Week kicked things off with a sultry bang. Retail stores Bits of Lace Fine Lingerie, Bob Ellis Shoes and Croghan's Jewel Box combined their efforts to produce a lingerie show to get things started. The runway was then taken over by five of the 20 the Emerging Designer Competition: East semifinalists. Sabrina Spanta, Victoria Cid, Jazslyn McNeil, Callie Nichol and Katherine Barron paraded their designs down the catwalk before Hannah Goff, the 2012 Emerging Designer: East winner, took the stage as the night’s Featured Designer.
