March 31, 2013 Families headed out to Middleton Place on Saturday for an afternoon of egg hunts, dying, rolling and tossing. The National Historic Landmark held a hunt for undyed hard-boiled eggs that were then dyed by those who found them. Afterward, an egg toss and egg roll were held, followed by a special visit from the Easter Bunny. The afternoon ended with families gathered under the shade of magnolia trees to listen to classic stories such as "The Tale of Peter Rabbit."
