June 02, 2013 James Island County Park’s summer concert series Reggae Nights kicked off on Saturday with a performance by Selah Dubb. The trio from Wrightsville Beach, N.C., opened the series with their surf reggae style and 20 years of experience. Hungry concert-goers were able to purchase Caribbean-style dishes, pizza and other festival foods at the event. Crafters and other vendors were also set up on-site, displaying local handmade crafts and souvenirs that were available for purchase. The family-friendly series features three more shows, with the lineup including The Dubplates, De Lions of Jah and Mystic Vibrations; bands are subject to change.
