April 28, 2014 Boasting to be the biggest farm-to-table event in Charleston, the seventh annual Chefís Potluck on Sunday was all about celebrating the partnership between local restaurants and farms. Chefs from 16 area restaurants prepared dishes for attendees at Middleton Place using the ingredients that Lowcountry farmers and fishermen provided. Participating restaurants included Caviar & Bananas, Closed for Business, Cru Cafe, Cypress, Edmundís Oast, EVO Pizza, The Glass Onion, Indaco, Middleton Place Restaurant; Monza Pizza, The Ordinary, Pooganís Porch, SNOB, Social Restaurant + Wine Bar and Two Boroughs Larder. Coast Brewing and Palmetto Brewing companies supplied beer while Grassroots Wine and Firefly Distillery supplied wine and spirits.
