June 28, 2014 Billed as Charleston’s “premier happy hour concert series,” Party at the Point closed out its 14th summer season on Friday at the Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina. Departure, a group that after six years together has become “the most respected Journey tribute band in the nation,” perform all the hits as attendees enjoyed a full cash bar, including $2 draft beer while they lasts, as well as hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken sandwiches and fish tacos. Party at the Point will return for the 2014 fall series Sept. 5-Oct. 10.
