July 26, 2014 Rock band O.A.R. and singer-songwriter Phillip Phillips announced last month that their joint summer tour would benefit Habitat for Humanity in support of the organization’s mission of providing safe, decent, affordable housing in partnership with low-income families. The 24-city joint tour came to Family Circle Stadium on Friday to kick off the weekend. Having just released its eighth studio album, “The Rockville LP,” O.A.R.’s (short for Of a Revolution) hits include the Platinum radio single “Shattered,” “Peace,” “Black Rock” and “That Was a Crazy Game of Poker.” Last in the area while on tour with John Mayer, Season 11 “American Idol” winner Phillip Phillips released his sophomore album, “Behind the Light,” in May.
