Skinful Halloween, the area’s largest Halloween party, will this year be hosted by Flavor Flav.
The television personality and musician rose to prominence as a member of the hip-hop group Public Enemy and re-emerged into the spotlight a few years ago when he starred in the VH1 reality shows “Strange Love” and “Flavor of Love.”
This year’s Skinful, the 13th annual affair, will be held Oct. 26 on a 70 acre farm near Hollywood, 30 minutes outside of Charleston. Parking and camping will be available on site.
In addition to circus acts, burlesque and dance performances, Ozomatli, Dirt Nasty, Blowfly and The Dubplates have been confirmed to perform.
Tickets to the 21 and over event are $80 before Tuesday and $100 after that; parking and camping fees are included in the price. Shuttles will run from different locations around Charleston, and limo, taxi and bus companies are offering special rates.
