The Grammy Award-winning, multi-platinum selling trio Nickel Creek has reunited for the first time since their 2007 self-described "indefinite hiatus" in celebration of the band's 25th anniversary.
Their spring and summer U.S. tour will take the trio - Chris Thile (mandolin/vocals), Sara Watkins (fiddle/vocals) and Sean Watkins (guitar/vocals) - to already sold out shows in Nashville, Tenn., New York, Boston and Washington, along with a stop at the Telluride Bluegrass Festival.
Along the way, they'll stop at the North Charleston Performing Arts Center for a show on April 24. Tickets for the 7:30 p.m. show, which will feature special guest The Secret Sisters, are $35-$45 and will go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday at the North Charleston Coliseum box office, on ticketmaster.com or by phone at 800-745-3000.
