Charleston Restaurant Week
Offering food fans the opportunity to enjoy prix-fixe menus, the biannual Charleston Restaurant Week is one of the most anticipated culinary events in the area. Put on by the Greater Charleston Restaurant Association, more than 140 restaurants are participating, ranging from 39 Rue de Jean to The Macintosh, Swig & Swine BBQ to Mellow Mushroom. Offering specially priced lunch and dinner menus, this installment marks the first time that restaurants will not be adhering to category tiers of three for $20, $30 and $40, but rather will have the opportunity to create their own specially priced menus. A full list of participating restaurants and their menus are available online. This event is popular, so reservations are highly recommended.
