Song that best describes you: The closest song that I feel like describes me has to be "Bass Head Jazz," by Ceelo Green, off of the "Great Imperfections" album.

On a Saturday night, you are usually: at home with my family, but that's about to change. I thinking about bringing back The Poetry Show!

Favorite event in Charleston and why: My favorite event has to be the North Charleston Cultural Arts Festival, because of the time of year, you know, it's almost summer but not quite

Talents/Hobbies: I'm just a regular guy who cares about our youth and what influences them to always strive for better. I write a little Poetry here and there as a hobby

CD in your CD player right now: Outkast's "Aquemini" pumping out the speakers

Best thing about Charleston: Its growth in diversity.

Worst thing about Charleston: the weather changes.

Favorite book: "Tao Te Ching," Lao Tzu.

If your friends described you in one word, what would it be?: Ambitious.

How would you describe yourself, in one word: Dreamer.

Things you do in your spare time: I'm at home with the family.

Biggest accomplishments: My big accomplishment has to be the Speak Freely Foundation, a nonprofit that fully supports our community youth in poetry, art, dance, theatre and boxing. Contact me at losthahost@yahoo.com if you are interested in enrollment for your youth or if you want to a sponser a kid for only $10. And, of course, Charleston's "The Poetry Show!"
